SHIPPING POLICY :
Packaging:
At SRZ, we follow the 3 Rs – Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. We use secure courier bags and corrugated boxes when necessary, minimizing plastic and bubble wrap, which is only used for fragile items like glass bottles.
Shipping Origin:
Orders are shipped from Samruk Enterprises warehouse in Satara, Maharashtra, via our logistics partners. If your delivery address is inaccessible, we’ll dispatch via Speed Post or Regular Post.
Shipping TAT:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking details will be updated in your account and sent via email.
Address & Phone Accuracy:
We use the address and phone number provided at the time of order. Please ensure they’re correct to avoid mis-deliveries. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
In Transit (Within India):
Shipments typically arrive within 7-10 business days. Delays may occur due to local restrictions or unforeseen circumstances. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will be communicated with the product price.
Receiver:
Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If unavailable, designate someone else to sign. SRZ is not responsible for items signed by an alternative person.
Damaged Products:
If the package shows obvious damage, contact us immediately with an unboxing video and photo. Claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours to hello@srzshoppy.in with images of the product and packaging.
RETURN / REFUND / REPLACEMENT ( EXCHANGE ) POLICY :
SRZ discourages indiscriminate buying and returning, as it affects the seller, staff and the environment due to excess fuel use and CO2 emissions. SRZ provides accurate product images and sizes and ensures each item is properly checked before dispatch. Our rates are reasonable, with most products available in various colors and sizes.
Please make an informed decision and check listings thoroughly, including size, weight, and color before ordering.
However, to protect our customers interests, we offer a 5-day return policy under the following conditions :
- The product is damaged
- The product isn’t working
- You received something different from what you ordered ( Incorrect Product Delivered )
Return and Exchange Policy :

Non-Returnable Products
We only allow returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product During Logistics
- Incorrect Product Delivered
Incorrect Product Delivery:
Report within 3 hours by sending an image, order ID, and buyer name to hello@srzshoppy.in & CC 8484880815. Replacement within 1-2 days, after receipt of original product in good condition at Samruk Enterprises Warehouse.
Damaged Product Delivery:
Report within 24 hours with an unboxing video and photo. Replacement will be sent within 2 business days.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Orders can be canceled free of charge if not yet shipped. After shipment, cancellations are not accepted. A ₹100 cancellation fee applies if the order is rejected during delivery. Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after return or cancellation.
* Refund of Reverse Logistics:
SRZ ensures a refund for reverse logistics charges (from the buyer’s place to Samruk Enterprises Warehouse) once the replacement product reaches the buyer.
